We’ll be providing a free lunch (which may or may not look like the above!) for all students after our 11am morning service on Sunday 30 September. We look forward to seeing you then!
Friday 23 November at 7.30pm
The concert explores the significance of courage – in all the trials of life, including issues of mental and spiritual health and Stuart’s own recent personal and family experience of grief and loss.
The format is a mixture of chat, congregational worship and performance, and Stuart will also be talking about some of the songs and how they came to be written.
There will be a break for refreshments. The atmosphere is relaxed and informal, but worshipful and participative.
Tickets are now on sale here
First session – refreshments served from 7pm.

If we are to reach Scotland for Jesus Christ, we need men and women who are thoroughly equipped for the task. Such equipping demands a deeper level knowledge of God’s Word and how to interpret and communicate it, a grasp of systematic theology and an understanding of the history of the church. So we invite you to consider signing up to a new 2 year programme, taught by local Aberdeen pastors, which can equip you more intentionally for Gospel ministry. The training is free, open to all, and will take place between Gilcomston, Hebron Evangelical and Deeside Christian Fellowship. You may like to attend simply to deepen your knowledge, but we hope that some will be interested in training for full time Gospel ministry. To that end, in addition to the core curriculum, we will offer specific training tracks in expository preaching, church leadership and biblical counselling for those who sense the call.

The Simplyhealth Great Aberdeen Run will take place on Sunday 26 August. We’ll be having our doors open between 9am and 1pm, and will serve free refreshments to any who’d like to come in. We’ll have an informal church service between 11am and 12 noon, and all are welcome to come and go throughout that service. Please note that roads around the church will be closed but to gain access from the south of the city, you can drive as far as the Hardgate and passengers can walk up Bon Accord Terrace and across Union Street. From the north of the city you can get to Esslemont Avenue and than walk through Rose Street and down Union Street.
We look forward to seeing you!
