John, more than any of the other gospel writers, recognized that the miracles of Jesus were not only a display of God’s power, but acted parables proclaiming God’s truth. View this miracle, therefore, as affirming both His delight and Hs ability to impart life.
If you’ve been made alive as a believer, what word did the Lord speak that brought you to newness of life?
What’s the right balance to be sought between the word Jesus speaks, on the one hand, and His ‘signs and wonders’ on the other?
