Healing
Read Malachi 3.17-4.3
“But for you who revere My name, the sun of righteousness will rise with healing in its rays ..” (Malachi 4.2)
Your future destiny is determined in the here and now: the sun with its healing rays, or the furnace with its destroying fire. God’s salvation is as rich and transforming as His judgment is terminal and wretched.
What will be the fate of those who ‘speak arrogantly against the Lord’?
What will characterize the experience of believers on that great and final day?
Prayer: Too easily and too often the ‘here and now’ informs the way I think, speak and act: impress on me the certainty of that coming day and help me to live in that light.
