Gratitude

Read Romans 16.6-11

“Greet Urbanus, our fellow worker in Christ, and my dear friend Stachys..’” (Rom.16.9)

The individuals catalogued at length here are variously described: Paul is able to give a brief one-liner by way of depicting each individual and he is grateful for the rich benefit which each affords him (and doubtless others) in the fellowship of the gospel.

What ‘one-liner’ might Paul use if he was including you in such a catalogue of believers?

How careful are you to identify key qualities about the individuals around you for which you give thanks to God?

Prayer: Forgive me, Lord, that I too easily find fault with other believers and fail to recognise the work of Your Spirit in their lives and the gifts He has given them.
