“.. My help comes from the LORD, the Maker of heaven and earth” (Ps.121.2)
Your confidence as a believer is rooted in who God is and what He has done. As the Maker of the universe He not only has great power, He also has a glorious purpose – and you may trust Him to fulfil His purpose for you and help you in your need.
In what ways can you testify to the Lord having been your help?
Why is it reassuring to be reminded that the LORD is ‘the Maker of heaven and earth’?
Prayer: How great You are, O God! How wise are Your ways, how good Your plans! And how glad I am that at Your throne I find grace to help in every time of need.
