Love
Read Romans 13.8-10
“.. love does no harm to a neighbour. Therefore love is the fulfilment of the law ..” (Rom.13.10)
We are made in the image of God, and our truest destiny is to be like God. Our lives will be marked by love – love for the Lord Himself and love for those around us. The law simply lays down the lines on which the train of such love will run.
Why is love a continuing debt?
How well do you know your neighbours, and how might you better show them the love and care of Christ?
Prayer: Keep me today and every day, O Lord, from words and deeds and attitudes which would prove harmful and hurtful to those around me.
