Creator
Read Acts 17.24-28
“.. God did this so that they would seek Him and perhaps reach out for Him and find Him ..” (Acts 17.27)
The message Paul proclaimed, reinforced as it was by reference to literature with which the Athenians would have been familiar, underlined that the world is not any accident, and that the Creator’s intent is that we might know relationship with Him.
‘Origins’ remain an important issue today: when the subject comes up in your presence what are the truths you’ll want to stress?
Are there people you know who are seeking God? As they reach out for Him how might you help them find Him?
Prayer: The heavens declare Your glory, O God: the skies proclaim the work of Your hands. May I be able to commend You as Creator in all I say and do today.
