Read Zechariah 9.9-13
“.. See your King comes to you, righteous and victorious ..’” (Zech.9.9)
Jesus Christ is risen today! Hallelujah! Rejoice today with the Lord’s people across the globe in celebrating the triumph of your King! He has broken the power of the last enemy, death – and He gives to His people His victory.
What did the prophet see as the results of the coming of the King?
The Lord promises to ‘restore twice as much to you’ (v.12 and see Job 42.10): what does that mean for believers?
Prayer: How worthy You are of my love and my praise, Lord Jesus! You were slain and by Your blood You purchased us and made us a kingdom and priests to serve our God!
