Patience

Read 1 Timothy 1.15-17

“.. to the King eternal, immortal, invisible, the only God, be honour and glory for ever and ever ..” (1 Tim.1.17)

Paul’s life was the canvas on which the Lord ‘sketched out’ what in His mercy He is able and pleased patiently to effect in the lives of every believer. In the apostle’s life and ministry you can see very clearly what God’s salvation in Jesus looks like.

How does your own experience of God’s salvation mirror that of the apostle?

In what regards can you testify to the great, ‘unlimited’ patience of God that’s been shown towards yourself?

Prayer: Come by Your Spirit, O Lord, and save sinners today as Your people unite together to give You the praise and honour and glory!
