Grace
“.. By the grace of God I am what I am, and His grace to me was not without effect ..” (1 Cor.15.10)
Paul would always insist that it is by grace that you are saved – and that through faith. Grace opens your eyes to see Jesus. Grace moves your heart to embrace the lordship of Jesus. Grace drives you to serve, and energises you to labour fruitfully for Jesus.
What has been your experience of the grace of God?
Hard work is not the opposite of grace but its sequel: how will that hard work find expression in your life today?
Prayer: Lord, Your assurance that our labour in You is never in vain is such a blessing! Help me to give myself fully in Your service today: may there be much fruit from it!
