Recognition
Read Luke 24.30-35
“Then the two told what had happened on the way, and how Jesus was recognized by them when He broke the bread” (Lk.24.35)
These two disciples experienced the reality of the risen Jesus with them. Partly as they listened to the teaching of the Word of God; partly over a meal having invited Jesus to share it with them; and partly through sharing their experience with other believers.
When and how did God open your eyes (v.31) to the reality of Jesus being risen from the dead and present with you?
How and in what contexts might you share your experience of the Lord with others to your mutual encouragement?
