Read John 9.35-38
“.. Then the man said, ‘Lord, I believe,’ and he worshipped Him ..” (Jn.9.38)
The man sees Jesus as a prophet (v.17), then that He is clearly from God (v.33) until finally he worships Him as Lord (v.38). Faith grows through your having to face opposition, and through your being put on the spot about Jesus.
How has the need to respond to those who scorn the gospel message served to increase and deepen your faith in Jesus?
‘He is the one speaking with you:’ how has He been finding you out and speaking with you over this past week?
Prayer: Lord, there’s so much that I still have to learn, but all that I’ve come to know prompts me again to bow before You in worship – use me in Your service today.
