Praise
Read Daniel 3.26-30
“.. ‘Praise be to the God of Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego, who has sent His angel and rescued His servants ..’” (Dan.3.28)
The king must have wondered what had hit him with the arrival of these exiles from Judah! God’s promise to His people had always been that through them all peoples on earth would be blessed: He was making His saving power known to the nations!
How might you stir your own heart to such praise today?
What seemingly ‘impossible’ situations are you aware of today, in regard to which the Lord perhaps calls you to trust in His great resurrecting power?
Prayer: I gladly join with others, Lord, in singing to You a new song! You have done marvelous things – may there be many today who come to know Your saving grace!
