Prayer
Read Romans 15.30-33
“.. join me in my struggle by praying to God for me ..” (Rom.15.30)
Paul was always aware of his own inadequacy for the massive task entrusted to him (see 2 Cor.2.16): he was never slow to ask others to pray for him, and to be specific in the requests he asked them to lay before the Lord.
For what four things does Paul ask the Roman believers to pray?
What four specific requests might you ask others to be praying for you today? (Ask some people to join you now in praying along these lines)
Prayer: Living God, for all whom You have called and sent out to preach and teach Your Word, grant the all-sufficient help of Your Holy Spirit in the exercise of their ministry.
