Read Philippians 4.14-20
“.. my God will meet all your needs according to the riches of His glory in Christ Jesus” (Phil.4.19)
The life of the early church was marked by an extraordinary generosity of giving as they shared all they had with one another: such giving was a tangible reminder and assurance of that grace of God whereby our every need is wonderfully met by Him!
What instances have there been in your life of your every need being met by the Lord?
In what ways might you steward all that’s been entrusted to you so that others will discover for themselves how wonderfully God meets their every need?
Prayer: Today I gladly ascribe glory to You, O Lord, as part of a family of nations: may the offerings I bring to You in my gifts to others serve to magnify Your Name (Ps.96)
