Congregating

Shared worship is integral to your discipleship. Ensure you’re part of a congregation (a people who ‘gather together’) and, whenever possible, get yourself there to the place of worship and be on your feet in the joyful praise of the Lord.
Why is it so important to gather together with fellow believers to worship the Lord?
What lies behind the joy to which the psalmist testifies as he anticipates going up to the house of the Lord?
Prayer: You have called me to Your house, Lord: may the sense that each day takes me one day nearer home strengthen me for the tasks and challenges which today brings.
